Tank Porosity Option

When the 'Tank' option is selected for a flow-through structure, please can a Porosity option be added to represent a geocellular tank structure. This one simple change would allow easier design in Flow, and means there wouldn't be a discrepancy in area between the Flow model and the drawing (plan view of tank has to appear larger due to an actual porosity of circa 0.95)
