Design Report Rainfall Totals

The rainfall contained in the Design Report just indicates Peak and Average Intensities. The total rainfall for the storm event should also be documented, particularly as the first 5mm of rainfall now requires interception. There will be some events where the total rainfall is less than 5mm, thus all the runoff will require retention.
