Global urban creep isn’t helpful. We have a process of assessing UC on a pipe-by-pipe basis. We separate the areas that UC should be applied to and areas such as flats the highway that don’t need it. If global UC is applied, then you are adding 10% urban creep to the highway and other areas which won’t ever have scope to increase and thus costs clients more money to store the increase in volume. If you use Site3D you can specify urban creep on an area by area basis.
