Cover specifications for Manhole Schedules

Adding a way to include the manhole cover design class (D400, C250, B125 etc etc) with a dimensions option (600x600, 1200x600, 300x300 etc etc) so that these can be added to the manhole schedule so you dont need to export the MH schedule and need to edit it to include a new column called 'Cover type'.
