Drive - When creating vehicles enable wheels on separate axles to be adjusted

At present you cannot have varying wheel sizes on each axle and instead can only have one fixed wheel size and width. This therefore means we cannot have accurate swept paths tracks for for vehicles and/or trailers where the wheels sizes change. An example of this is a farm tractor and trailer where the wheels sizes and widths vary on all axles
