Incorporate overland flow analysis with below ground drainage design

Provide ability to either have overland flow draining into a pipe network or flooding out of a pipe network to be able to model resulting overland flow paths / flood extents

When modelling overland flows, need the ability to easily add swales / channels to the finished surface

Using the 'Modify levels' command to create a swale feature works, however, this does not create an entity that can be either revised or deleted.

Ability to set individual plot boundary levels and use these to adjust the finished surface (boundary to be any polygon shape)

Increasingly we are working on steep sites where we need to try and make usable gardens by setting gradients, often resulting in level changes at boundaries requiring retaining walls

The gradients are shown on pipes are currently shown to 1 decimal place. E.G 1:300.0 which is unnecessary, it should be 1:300 or at least be able to change the previsions.

Live Design running within BricsCAD

Given that there are other CAD based Packages other than those by AutoDesk, it would be useful to be able to run Live Design within others, probably one of the largest alternatives is BricsCAD - pair this with greater functionality within the Swep...

more flexibility on colours within Vehicle Swept Paths

It doesn’t appear (other than via shading – which sometimes over highlights the impact of the tracking on a layout) that there was no way of differentiating between wheels/body overhang lines for forward movements vs reversing. As an example, we s...

Adjusting ground levels on a finished surface

It would be good to adjust the finished surface once roads/plots/drainage have been designed. This would allow 'open space' areas to be created by levelling off parts of a site. Or to create bunds/banks as part of landscaping.

Rear steering to trailer units on articulated vehicles in Drive

Can rear steering be enabled to be applied to the trailer units of articulated vehicle. The new max. legal length articulated vehicle trailers encompass rear streering.

Export options

Specifically for exporting the results of flood flow analysis. Currently a dxf can be created, but when opened in BricsCAD it comprises a proxy entity block with no colour to the squares for depth and velocity. It would be useful to have a dxf wit...

Altering drive paths

Whilst it's possible to use the grips to edit a path of a vehicle, there's no option to add extra grip points. Nor can you continue tracking from an existing path (either by creating a new path from the end of an existing path or extending an exis...
