Inspection Chamber connection to Network

There should be an option to connect an inspection chamber serving a house or apartment unit directly to the network, with a tie-in to the top (soffit) of the main sewer. The invert levels (ILs) of the proposed inspection chambers, and of the tie-in points at the top of the main sewer, should then be schedulable separately from the main pipeline schedule. At a minimum, users should be able to connect to a link rather than a node, without having to split the network.
